Ordering & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear.

7. What if my package is lost, delayed, or stolen?

Once an order has been shipped, Prestige Luxxx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If any issues arise, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Returns & Refunds

8. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.

9. What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us at prestigeluxxx@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the situation at our discretion.
